She was very very nice and concerned about my health. I haven't had real good overall care from my other doctors and I felt good when I left. Some doctors get you in and out and they don't listen to you but she did and I'm happy I am going to be going to this office. Thank you very much.

I am always greeted by name upon entering the waiting area. The staff and Dr Overcash are professional, knowledgeable, yet they all do it all with a personal flair so you know you aren't just a number with them. Anytime I have had issues after hours or have had a question, I am always handled promptly and as if I am their only concern. I haven't always been on board with the course of action Dr Overcash sometimes suggests at first. He takes his time and explains why he is suggesting/proposing that action and makes sure my concerns are addressed. When I decide to go ahead with his plan, it is made with all the options and risks/benefits laid out, so I am well educated in making this choice and have never felt pressured. His nurses are top notch and convey the same courteous, professional care that any woman would want! Can't give this operation enough praise!
